The Med-Lemon Debate

Med-lemon

My wonderful co-worker and I discuss the threat of Med-Lemon to the brainz...

[4:20:57 PM] Me: think i should lay off the med-lemon perhaps
[4:21:08 PM] Me: that stuff isn't good on a long-term scale
[4:21:26 PM] Dunny One: no it separates positive ions from the brain
[4:21:33 PM] Me: hahahaha
[4:21:56 PM] Me: that's hilarious
[4:22:04 PM] Me: tell me... doc...
[4:22:09 PM] Me: how does it do that?
[4:22:11 PM] Me: pray tell?
[4:22:16 PM] Dunny One: well
[4:22:18 PM] Dunny One: im glad you asked
[4:23:07 PM] Dunny One: so the brain is like a sponge right
[4:23:13 PM] Me: yeees...
[4:23:18 PM] Dunny One: and positve ions are gained from rubbing the sponge against a lemon
[4:23:24 PM] Dunny One: when you ingest medlemon
[4:23:47 PM] Dunny One: the acidity strips the brain of the ions, much like handy andy strips dirt from the plate
[4:26:15 PM] Me: only one flaw in your logic
[4:26:27 PM] Dunny One: what is that
[4:26:39 PM] Me: there are no actual lemons in med-lemon
[4:27:14 PM] Dunny One: well then...

Still waiting for a proper come-back. ;-)

Just keep swimming

Today it feels like the current is pushing me along, and mostly I'm happy to go with the flow, but there's also a restlessness.

I don't know what it is about winter - suddenly I feel the urge to do as much as I can, get out, get away, get drunk, get inspired... hyperactive offset with sudden bouts of lethargy, bit of a trippy combo.

It's Friday, and right now my primary goals in life are 1) getting through the rest of this day and 2) getting out for some MAYhem later.

Time to just keep swimming until it's time to jump ship, basically.
